HOW I PACKAGE:

I package your art print in a sturdy, eco-friendly envelope or a hard cardboard postal tube (depending on the size) to make sure it arrives safe and sound.

Domestic shipping (Netherlands):
📦 Free shipping — please allow 2-5 business days after fulfilment.

EU Shipping:
✈️ Orders over €150 ship for free! For orders under €150, a flat shipping fee of €18.95 applies.
Estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days after fulfilment.

International Shipping:
🌎 Estimated delivery time: 10-20 business days, depending on your location and any customs processing.

Note that international customs charges are the buyers’ responsibility.

RETURNS:

Fine art prints cannot be returned as the print is especially printed for you in the size you wish.

Did your print arrive damaged or did you receive the wrong one by mistake? No worries! Just send me a message within 7 days of delivery at hello@justavanheertum.com, and I’ll make it right.

I take great care in the finishing, packaging, and delivery of every artwork to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery. Include clear photographs of the artwork, the damage, and, where applicable, the packaging.

I will personally review the situation and work with you to find a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

The 24-hour notification period helps me report any transport damage to the carrier promptly and does not affect your statutory rights.
