Please send me an email which art piece you would like to purchase. You will receive an email with an estimated price on the shipping fees.

The shipping fees differ per country and are therefor calculated afterwards. Because the artworks may be packaged in a custom and exclusive way, there are no fixed rates. You will be informed about the costs as soon as you have placed your order. We can ship to any place in the world. Learn about special shipping fees here.

Yes, I do. Please get in touch with me over email and let me know your wishes. We will plan for a video consultation. Naturally costs need to be discussed and paid up front.

No. All images displayed on Justa's website, social media, emails and other mediums are copyright protected. If you decide to use images without permission anyway it is copyright Infringement and you will be fined for each work infringed. Read all about the copyright law here.

For now we only ship to countries within the EU. In case you live outside the EU please contact me and I can see what is possible.

All artworks are made to order. This is a carefully process that takes time. Your order is usually dispatched within 14 working days. But it may take up to 3 weeks to arrive at your address depending on where you live.

There are no shipping fees within The Netherlands (Carribean, overseas not included).

Shipping within the EU has a flat rate of 18,95 euros. Outside the EU it differs per country and is calculated afterwards. Please send an email if you are based outside the EU for a quote.

Since every art print is made to order, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges. 💡 Please double-check your selection before placing your order.

If your print arrives damaged or incorrect, don’t worry! Contact me within 7 days of delivery at hello@justavanheertum.com and I’ll be happy to make it right.
